Innovations for an innovative market

In only a few years’ time, hearing aids have undergone an almost meteoric development: becoming highly sophisticated devices with an array of innovative features for the best and most natural hearing experience.

Schoonenberg – the oldest player in the Dutch market for hearing aids – was looking to keep its store concept up to speed with the rapidly evolving innovations, that require state-of-the-art testing and fitting technologies, to guarantee customers the best hearing solutions.

Schoonenberg turned to MVRO to help develop an innovative, customer experience-oriented store concept that was to be rolled out in line with the annual planning. Two prerequisites were to lower design and process costs and to create a true customer experience in which Schoonenberg’s innovative solutions would be demonstrated through digital interaction.

MVRO was subsequently assigened the project management of the rebuild of all Schoonenberg branches: some 180 in total.
