MVRO received an application for the implementation of the Zuydoever model home in a beautiful location on the Loosdrechtse Plassen, commissioned by Dutchen.

At this special location, an existing Leisure park will be redeveloped in phases, the size of 24 contemporary water villas to the design of Marc Prosman Architecten, in which sustainability and luxury go hand-in-hand.

Together with CNSTRCT Building and Beyond., we converted this beautiful piece of land within 1.5 weeks into an amazing model home with a sleek result and a stylish interior by Hinabaay.

In the coming years, a completely new residential and recreational environment will be created in Loosdrecht and we are proud to be able to contribute to this.
