Polish lingerie, clothes and cosmetics manufacturer Esotiq & Henderson was looking to expand in Europe, with as first country Germany. They turned to MVRO for the turnkey delivery of 3 pilot brand stores for the German market.

Within a tight timeframe, MVRO successfully conducted the turn-key realisation of all 3 stores, including lease contract advisory services. The stores were built based on a design by a Polish architects practice.
