Franchise fast food chain Kwalitaria continues to grow in the Dutch market. With their newly launched Kwalitaria 4.0, the chain has chosen for as many as possible home-made products – with natural ingredients – and a modern interior where guests like to stay longer.

As new branches are opened, Kwalitaria has relied on MVRO to take care of matters including: lease contract advice, project management, process management, layout and design, development of concept, cost-cutting innovations and process improvements.

For building and renovation processes, Kwalitaria has chosen to do the layout and let MVRO do the actual project management. Building work is carried out, both by parties assigned by Kwalitaria, as well as those selected by MVRO.
